Recent Suburban Extended Stay Wilmington Review: "The thing that stood out to me the most is the customer service. I was running late so I was a little late checking in and the customer service representative at the front desk called me to make sure that I wasn't lost. That was beyond her job description and I really appreciated it. They made me feel like I was at home as soon as I walked through the door. The representative at the desk the next morning when I checked out was equally friendly and I hated to leave. They are doing a great job and for that reason the next time I am in Wilmington I will be going back."
