| No fridge in the room for the cost is an incredible disappointment. Don’t bother eating a 50 dollar steak dinner that you can’t finish (in Ruth Cris steak house downstairs) because you will have nowhere to put the left overs. The air conditioner control takes a rocket scientist to figure out. The bed while large is not very comfortable.
The hotel is in walking distance of all the night life in Wilmington with plenty of parking.
The staff down stairs at the desk was very friendly and professional.
Internet service was great. |

| Was there for the New Year's and had a wonderful time.....very convenient to downtown, and all the restaurants and bars. |

| Most of my hotel/motel stays are for business and for the location and convenience factors this hotel is fine. For the vacationing traveler the cleaning products used left an unpleasant aroma in the room and hotel lobby and the age and condition of the furnishings left a little to be desired. Being on the river in downtown Wilmington is terrific but this hotel is not up to what I would expect from a Hilton Hotel. |

| I travel regularly in the US at Hiltons, Marriott and Westin hotels. The Riverside is pleasant and well located but the room service was perhaps the most lax I have seen in years, during the whole of my stay the iron and board were never put away, two days garbage cans not emptied, the last night no glasses, cups, coffee or bath matt. Well below the Hilton standard that I have come to expect. Otherwise staff and hotel was normal Hilton style |

| I have been to this Hotel twice for the Marine Corps Ball and have loved it both times! I want to stay there for another reason then the Ball! Its on the water and it reminds me of a 5 star hotel in NY! |

| The hotel was very accommodating. The room had a view of the river, the bed was very comfortable, and I was placed on the next-to-top floor even with my very low room rate. The staff was excellent especially the concierge. I was treated like a princess at the restaurants she recommended and even at one received a free glass of champagne on the hotel. The bellmen were very friendly and I utilized the free shuttle several times to and from dinner. |

| Went for a Girl Getaway, and this was an ideal place! The hotel was close to EVERYTHING! The view from our room was nice (Battleship) The pool was very nice with lots of seating and poolside service. We loved being able to walk out of the hotel and shop, eat and sight see all at once. I will definitely, recommend this hotel and will try to come back with my husband and kids one day! |

| GREAT location on Wilmington's boardwalk and across from the Cotton Exchange (historic shopping/dining area.) It's a very short and scenic walk to any of the downtown shops, restaurants/bars, and tourist attractions.
There was a wedding and a convention at the hotel during our stay and it was never chaotic or overcrowded. We had a bit of trouble with our toilet, but maintenance was quick to fix the problem. Also this hotel has one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in. |

| The hotel is very nice and the staff was quick to accomadate. There is a slight musty odor in the hotel. It wasn't overwhelming, just something to get used to. Many of the sights we wanted to see were within walking distance, such as the water taxi to see the battleship and the boats for Cape Fear river tours. We parked our car when we arrived and never moved it until it was time to check out. The bed was very comfy! |
