| Great value--clean, comfortable, and efficient. The bed and desk chair in the room were second to none, even including 5 star establishments. |

| We were here on business and flying home the next day. Adam at the desk could not have been nicer.
They do need a shuttle, though! BUT supplied us with umbrellas to go mall walking. had cookies for us when we returned.. |

| Very hot in room, my husband and I did not sleep well, will not stay in hotel that window will not open again!! Had to use ac in 40- 50 degrees. Walls very thin, next door left tv on ALL night, kept us awake entire night. Front desk gave us free breakfast which was nice of them. |

| My sister and my self stayed at the hotel while setting my son up for college. everyone that worked there were so nice and helpful with anything we needed . The food and beverage manger which I sorry I don't remember her name was a wonderful hostess when we ate at the restaurant. We had a great stay, the room where great and clean. When I come to visit my son I will differently stay there again. |

| The hotel room was great, the service at the front desk was prompt and friendly, the surrounding area was nice and quiet. The beds were really comfy and the pillows were actually real pillows, and not those thin ones we've found at other hotels. My boyfriend and I both read our books at different times during the visit in the soft, light green chair in the corner of the room with the matching light green hassock.
Our only big complaint was the noise that the person or people in the room above us made, often lasting enough time to drive us crazy. It sounded like a really heavy person up there (or two of them) and he walked back and forth all the time with a heavy tread. It could have been that he was marching around, stamping on the floor, and that he didn't realize how loud his tread is, but we suffered from it.
We complained the first night and the loud walking calmed down a bit. We should have complained the second night too, since we were kept awake by this noise, but we were trying to sleep and didn't want to deal with calling the front desk again.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. If it hadn't been for the unwanted noise above us, it would have been a much better stay. Other smaller complaints: we would have liked more channels to choose from on the telly and the room air was very dry. The latter affected both of us in different ways - my boyfriend's allergies kicked in and I felt very tired upon waking, even after sleeping long enough.
If we come here again, we'll make sure to ask for a room on the top floor and maybe even bring our own room humidifier! |

| Great Hotel, very clean room. The bed was amazing, not to soft and not to firm. Loved the breakfest choices...we will be back. |

| Wonderful stay. Close to Mayfaire shopping, Harris Teeter within walking distance - has great deli. Nice pool. Will stay there again! |

| This hotel has a very good service, rooms are comfortable and clean.Close to the hotel(but not too close)is a Mall with a cinema and a nice sports pub so you can go out at night in a safe place. We had fun there.
The only what I missed was to less bikes to rent and I think the breakfast could be included. |
