| This place was okay for the money, minus a $25 per night, per dog fee. When checking in, the lady at the desk was pre-occupied on the phone and less than friendly while having me sign an excessive amount of paperwork.
The room was nice, but the TV speakers sucked! You could barely watch a program unless you really focused on what the characters on the program were saying @@.
Getting in and out of the hotel was also a bit of a challenge since #1 there was only one little drive for you to turn onto. #2 There was only one entrance into the hotel building itself, and it was on the side of the building which was hard to find w/no signs directing you where to go. |

| the cleanliness was not as expected. the bedroom linens had hair as well as the bathroom tub. We complained at the front desk and they gladly gave us a suite at no charge. |

| I reserved a room with a king size bed, but instead got two full beds. When I complained I was told that that was the last non-smoking room left so it was either that or get stuck in a smoking room. I then asked for the wireless service for the inconvenience (a $5 fee) since I can't stand the smell of smoke. Overall, the room could've been cleaner, they don't give you shampoo, only a wrapped and an unwrapped soap bar, and the bed/pillow is very uncomfortable. |

| I only stayed for one night but I was impressed by how clean the room was. Having the kitchen was helpful b/c we were there to celebrate a birthday so there was extra space for dessert and beverages. The location is conveniently in between downtown and wrightsville beach. |

| I liked the setup of the hotel room, the little kitchen was nice and there was plenty of room. We had a Queen non-smoking room, however the room smelled like smoke. It wasn't until we got ready to go to bed that we noticed all the cigarette burns in our comforter, which explained why it reaked of smoke in our room. It was after 11 that we realized that and when I went to the front desk to complain, there was no one there. Apparently at 11pm, they lock up for the night and there is no lobby staff working. I did like the fact that as part of that lock up process the front doors can only be opened by a Hotel Rooms key. |

| The hotel was decent for the price. My biggest complaint was the mattress. It was dirty looking and there was mattress cover over the mattress. The only thing between us and the dirty mattress was a little thin sheet. We've stayed at the Extended Stay about 45 min up the road in Jacksonville and it was a lot nicer. |
