| We spent the night recently at this hotel and highly recommend it if you are looking for a great location to stay in Wlimington. From the very friendly greeting we received at check-in to the condition and temperature and comfort of the room to the easy check out, it was just pure pleasure staying here. Thanks to everyone who contributed to our very pleasant stay. |

| This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable, Its is a bit of a walk to get places, but he hotel suppies " The cartman" to
get you where you need to go for a minimal tip. |

| Cute and quaint location, but small and cozy rooms. My room was dusty as if it had not been used in several days. Also first floor room had a mustiness about it. No hairdryer in bathroom, which I think is a basic necessity! Great location, right next door to the beautiful Convention Center. Nice docks outside on the waterfront, but you do have to walk a bit to get to the main part of the "hip" downtown area. |

| Conveniently located on the river with all rooms over-looking the water. In walking distance from The Cotton Exchange and other historic shops and restraunts. The rooms are alittle small, but clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will definately stay there again! |

| We were in town for a wedding and needed a hotel that was located nearby. The location is convenient to the major down town attractions and easy enough to find from the highway. Parking was limited, and we were mistakenly given a ticket despite a displayed parking pass. The complementary breakfast was easy to grab, but located in a small room without a lot of space to maneuver or sit down and eat. The river view was pleasant but the outdoor area smelled at certain times. |

Les petits déjeuners sont excellents.
Les environs de l'hôtel sont magnifiques.
Location de voiture recommandée pour les balades, par exemple pour aller jusqu'à l'océan. |

| Title says it all really - well located (short walk along the beautiful board walk to all the restaurants and sights of Front Street), Good value, fairly clean although I did scrub dirt marks off doors/walls (I am slightly OCD but dirt is dirt!).
Worse things were
1. Really noisey air-con, kept us awake all night having slept okay the night before
2. Some guests were sitting in the communal/outdoor corridor area making a racket till late and the front desk did nothing.
I'd still recommend it though as there isn't much choice in Wilmington and I'm not a huge fan of B&Bs!
Definitely eat at Riverboat Landing! |

| Good value, river front view, friendly staff, easy and free parking. 2 blocks to the coton exchange, only 6 blocks to the carriage ride and boat rides. multiple restaurants in easy walking distance. |

| Great location with a wonderful view of the USS North Carolina. Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. We'll definately stay here again when visiting Wilmington. |
