Recent Baymont Wilmington Review: "Our stay at the Baymont exceeded our expectations. The front desk clerks were very cordial upon our arrival, our room was as we booked (king size no smoking), the room itself was clean and smelled REALLY good, the hotel itself was clean and attractive. The room was well stocked with the essentials including extra pillows, the bed linens and comforter were clean and the room was spacious and simple. My spouse complained that there was too much literature from the hotel in the room (oh, my what a terrible thing) but that was the only fault we could find. The pool was clean and maintained. The hotel was quiet too! The continental breakfast was a nice surprise, including bagels, french toast and danish, make your own belgian waffles, cereals, juices, fresh fruit, and really decent coffee! The room that they serve it in is small, so be prepared for that. Overall, I have no complaints, I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel, and if we return to Wilmington I will check this hotel out first. Good location too -- centrally located near the intersection of Market Street and S. College -- the road that runs along the exit side (think it was called New Centerr) will take you straight to Market St if you turn left -- right to a Target if you forgot anything! Outback Steakhouse is right next door, and a shopping mall is really close. All in all, a great place to stay for the price!"
